What if my logo is artwork or I have a special request?

We’re happy to help with complex artwork, exact logo sizing/placement, and special finishes. Contact us for a free consultation before purchase. We also offer paid sample runs with no MOQ so you can test before committing.
What is your customization process?

Within 2 business days from your order confirmation, we’ll send you a custom digital mockup for approval, with up to 3 rounds of revisions included. Once the mockup is approved, your order will be produced within 10 business days. For hand-dyed custom fabric colours, please allow an additional 15 business days.

What is so special about your fabric?

Our vegan suede fabric is made from recyled PU-Leather and Nylon. We use discarded textiles that would otherwise go to landfill or ended up in the Ocean, and give it a new life as the vegan suede fabric. We believe that recycling fabric is the future of sustainability in the textile industry.
When will I get my order?

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks after mockup approval. Shipping is usually 2–4 business days to the UK/US and 4–6 business days elsewhere. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What are your products origin?

We design everything in our UK design studio, and the products are handmade in our GRS-certified family run workshop in China. This way we can guarantee the fabric are upcycled in a PH-neutral, carbon-neutral and REACH compliant making process.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size/weight, and chosen service. You’ll see the final landed cost—shipping plus any applicable VAT/GST and customs duties—before you pay, so there are no surprises.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your order. Because every pouch is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll be glad to offer replacements. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.
